Sie bietet alle Funktionen eines FTY-Pr\u00fcfstandes (Schrauber und Drehmomentschl\u00fcssel) und einer AWT-Bank (automatische Pr\u00fcfung mechanischer Drehmomentschl\u00fcssel).<\/p>\n<h3><b>Drehmomentschl\u00fcssel-Test <\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Der motorisierte Messwertaufnehmer bietet eine automatische Schraubenpr\u00fcfung, bei der nach dem Start der Pr\u00fcfung kein Bedieneraufwand mehr erforderlich ist. Dieser Test wertet den Lebenszyklus sowie die Stabilit\u00e4t des Ausl\u00f6sepunktes eines Drehmomentschl\u00fcssels oder Cm\/Cmk-Wert aus. Der automatische Test erfolgt gem\u00e4ss ISO 6789-2017.<br \/>\nDerselbe Schraubenschl\u00fcssel kann nach der automatischen Pr\u00fcfung am motorisierten Messwertaufnehmer weiterhin manuell (auf FTS-Hydraulikbremsen) getestet werden, um das Werkzeugverhalten unter realen Betriebsbedingungen nach VDI\/VDE-Richtlinien zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Diese kombinierten Testm\u00f6glichkeiten bietet derzeit keine andere Messbank am Markt.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Elektrowerkzeugtest <\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Die hydraulischen Bremsen der FTS, wie der FTY, sind in der Lage, Schraubverbindungen in all Ihren Eigenschaften zu simulieren, um Elektrowerkzeuge und Drehmomentschl\u00fcssel unter realen Arbeitsbedingungen zu testen. Die Schraubfallh\u00e4rte wird von weich bis hart simuliert, die Pr\u00fcfung der Elektrowerkzeuge und Drehmomentschl\u00fcssel erfolgt in der gleichen (mehrstufigen) Anzugs-Strategie, wie diese in der Produktionslinie verwendet wird.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Pulswerkzeuge <\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Pulswerkzeuge k\u00f6nnen nicht an hydraulischen Bremsen getestet werden, jedoch ist der Anschluss von geeigneten externen statischen Messwertaufnehmern m\u00f6glich, die mit der FTS-Bank verbunden werden.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Sonderpr\u00fcfung<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Spezielle Tests, wie der Vergleichstest, k\u00f6nnen auf der FTS-Bank durchgef\u00fchrt werden.
