Il offre toutes les fonctions d&rsquo;un banc FTY (banc de test d&rsquo;outils \u00e9lectriques et de cl\u00e9s) et d&rsquo;un banc AWT (banc de test automatique des cl\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<h3><b>Test de cl\u00e9s<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Le capteur motoris\u00e9 permet un test de cl\u00e9 automatique, dans lequel l&rsquo;effort de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage du test. Ce test permet d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer le cycle de vie de la cl\u00e9, la stabilit\u00e9 du point d&rsquo;encliquetage d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9 \u00e0 cliquet, ou la mesure du Cm-Cmk de la cl\u00e9. Le test automatique est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 6789 &#8211; 2017.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00eame cl\u00e9, apr\u00e8s le test automatique sur le capteur motoris\u00e9, peut de toute fa\u00e7on \u00eatre test\u00e9e manuellement (sur les freins hydrauliques FTS) pour v\u00e9rifier son comportement en condition r\u00e9elle de travail, selon les normes VDI\/VDE.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019existe aucun autre banc sur le march\u00e9 qui offre ce test combin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Test des outils \u00e9lectriques<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Les freins hydrauliques du banc FTS, comme dans le banc FTY, sont capables de simuler la rigidit\u00e9 de l\u2019assemblage dans toutes ses caract\u00e9ristiques, pour tester les outils \u00e9lectriques et les cl\u00e9s dynamom\u00e9triques dans les conditions r\u00e9elles de travail. La simulation de la rigidit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e depuis un assemblage rigide jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un assemblage \u00e9lastique, en testant les outils \u00e9lectriques et les cl\u00e9s dynamom\u00e9triques dans leur strat\u00e9gie utilis\u00e9e sur la ligne de production.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Outils \u00e0 impulsion<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>M\u00eame si les outils \u00e0 impulsion ne peuvent pas \u00eatre test\u00e9s sur des freins hydrauliques, il est toujours possible de les tester \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d\u2019un capteur statique externe connect\u00e9 au banc FTS.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Tests sp\u00e9ciaux<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Les tests sp\u00e9ciaux, comme les tests compar\u00e9s, peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s sur le banc FTS.
