Soggetti che svolgono servizi di consulenza professionale anche in forma associata;<br \/>\nj. Soggetti che svolgono servizi professionali di ricerca e selezione del personale;<br \/>\nk. Soggetti che svolgono servizi ICT (Hosting\/Data Center).<\/p>\n<p>I dati potranno altres\u00ec essere trattati, per conto della Societ\u00e0, da soggetti esterni designati come responsabili, a cui sono impartite adeguate istruzioni operative. Tali soggetti sono essenzialmente ricompresi nelle seguenti categorie:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Italia<\/strong>:<br \/>\nl. Soggetti che svolgono servizi professionali di ricerca e selezione del personale;<br \/>\nm. Soggetti che svolgono servizi di consulenza professionale anche in societ\u00e0 di servizi o forma associata;<br \/>\nn. Soggetti che svolgono attivit\u00e0 di controllo, revisione e certificazione;<br \/>\no. Soggetti che offrono servizi IT, ICT, Cloud, Web e di Digital Marketing;<br \/>\np. Soggetti che offrono servizi di archiviazione cartacea, digitale e conservazione sostitutiva;<br \/>\nq. Soggetti che offrono servizi postalizzazione tradizionale e automatizzata.<\/p>\n<p>I dati personali non saranno soggetti a diffusione se non in forma aggregata, anonima e non intellegibile. Principles<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Protecting personal data is one of our fundamental objectives.<\/p>\n<p>The data are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, they must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary, accurate and, if required, updated, collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the Data Protection Regulations (EU) 2016\/679 and in compliance with the Resolution containing requirements concerning the processing of special categories of data, pursuant to art. 21 c. 1 d. No data will be subject to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.<\/p>\n<p>Any transfer of data outside the EU\/EEA territory will take place in compliance with the principles and conditions established by law.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>10.
