SCS Concept<\/a><\/strong> presents two electronic wrenches for assembly stations\u00a0designed to work in real time as an assembly tool on production line:\u00a0Freedom\u00b3\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>PRW<\/strong><\/a> (wireless) and EWW\u00b3+ FWEPL TA<\/a><\/strong> (wired).<\/p>\n

The wireless electronic wrenches Freedom3 <\/sup> PRW are used combined with a PC that manages VPG software for tightening programs <\/strong>and guides the operator by pictures.<\/strong>
\nIt is also possible to work connected to a customer software, through FIM module and \u201cDLL\u201d open protocol.
\nA typical application of Freedom3<\/sup> PRW mode is the wheel alignment.<\/p>\n

A strengh feature of this tool\u00a0is the automatic detection of the right position<\/strong> of the operator.\u00a0This system increases the quality of the production\u00a0 thanks to the 100% traceability<\/strong> and the guarantee of the correct sequence tightening.<\/p>\n

The alternative solution is by wire using EWW\u00b3+ FWEPL TA.<\/p>\n
