Shimizu<\/strong><\/a><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/scsconcept.it\/\"><strong>SCS Concept<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0brasilian partner, reports a news about the implementation, in the last April 2015, of the solution \u201cQCOS Automation data collection\u201d in the second GM plant \u201cGM-Gravata\u00ed-RS\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The same solution was already successfully implemented in March 2015 in the plant \u201cGM \u2013 Gravata\u00ed-SP\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cQCOS Automation data collection\u201d uses Freedom3 Torque Wrenches connected to the new SCS software \u201cSQnet + _Wi-SynchServer\u201d for SPC data traceability. This solution aimed to optimize costs and ensure the security of information which came to be made in all-digital format resulting in significant gains in the production process. The involvement in the \u201cQCOS Data Collection Automation Project\u201d of a third plant, the \u201cGM -Ros\u00e1rio-AR\u201d, is in negotiation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img  title=\"The \u201cQCOS Data Collection Automation Project\u201d in M.
